On those grounds, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] ([OSCURATO:PERSONA]) hereby orders: 1. In the introductory part of the judgment of 15 April 2021, Department of Justice for [OSCURATO:PERSONA] ( C‑729/19 , EU:C:2021:275 ), the references regarding the observations submitted must be rectified as follows: – ‘TKF, by R. Lavery QC, C. McGarrity, Solicitor, and M. McGowan, Barrister, – the Department of Justice for [OSCURATO:PERSONA], by K. Brown, acting as Agent, T. McGleenan QC and L. McMahon, Barrister, – the [OSCURATO:PERSONA], by S. Żyrek, acting as Agent, – the [OSCURATO:PERSONA], by M. Wilderspin, acting as Agent,’ 2.
