On those grounds, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] ([OSCURATO:PERSONA]) hereby orders: 1. In the introductory part of the judgment of 25 March 2021, Merck v [OSCURATO:PERSONA] (C ‑ 614/16 P, not published, EU:C:2021:246) the reference to the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] representatives shall be rectified as follows: ‘[OSCURATO:PERSONA], represented by F. [OSCURATO:PERSONA], T. Vecchi, B. Mongin and C. Vollrath, acting as Agents, and by S. [OSCURATO:PERSONA], [OSCURATO:PERSONA],’ 2. The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified judgment. A note of this order shall be made in the margin of the original of the rectified judgment.
