[OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA] 20 July 2018 ( * ) (Rectification order) [OSCURATO:PERSONA] C‑187/18 P(I)-REC, APPEAL under the first paragraph of Article 57 of the Statute of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of Justice of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA], brought on 12 March 2018, [OSCURATO:PERSONA], residing in [OSCURATO:PERSONA] (Belgium), [OSCURATO:PERSONA], residing in [OSCURATO:PERSONA], [OSCURATO:PERSONA], residing in [OSCURATO:PERSONA], [OSCURATO:PERSONA], residing in [OSCURATO:PERSONA], represented by D.O. Reich, Rechtsanwalt, appellants, the other parties to the proceedings being: QH, residing in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre (Belgium), represented by N. Lhoëst and S. Michiels, avocats, applicant at first instance, [OSCURATO:PERSONA], represented by M. Ecker and Í. [OSCURATO:PERSONA], acting as Agents, defendant at first instance, [OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA], after hearing the [OSCURATO:PERSONA], M. Wathelet, makes the following [OSCURATO:PERSONA] 1 On 5 July 2018, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA] of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] made the order [OSCURATO:PERSONA] and Others v QH (C‑187/18 P(I), not published, EU:C:2018:543). 2 That order contains, in the version in the language of the case, an error which it is appropriate for the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] to correct of its own motion in accordance with Article 154(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA], which applies to the procedure on appeal under Article 190(1) of those rules. On those grounds, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA] of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] hereby orders: 1. The heading preceding paragraph 33 of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA] of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of 5 July 2018, [OSCURATO:PERSONA] and Others v QH (C ‑ 187/18 P(I), not published, EU:C:2018:543) shall, in the version in the language of the case, be rectified as follows: ‘On the application to intervene before the [OSCURATO:PERSONA]’ 2. The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified order. A note of this order shall be made in the margin of the original of the rectified order. Luxembourg, 20 July 2018.
