62021CO0649(01) [OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA] 23 March 2022 ( *1 ) (Rectification order) [OSCURATO:PERSONA] C‑649/21 P(I)-REC, APPEAL under the second paragraph of Article 57 of the Statute of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of Justice of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA], brought on 25 October 2021, [OSCURATO:SOCIETA], established in Milan (Italy), represented by E. Cerchi, M. Merola and F. Caliento, avvocati, appellant, the other parties to the proceedings being: [OSCURATO:SOCIETA], established in Milan, represented by D. Fosselard and D. Waelbroeck, avocats, applicant at first instance, [OSCURATO:PERSONA], represented by G. Conte, J. Szczodrowski and C. Sjödin, acting as Agents, defendant at first instance, [OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA], after hearing the [OSCURATO:PERSONA], makes the following [OSCURATO:PERSONA] 1 On 22 February 2022, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA] of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] made the order, [OSCURATO:SOCIETA] v [OSCURATO:PERSONA] (C‑649/21 P(I) , EU:C:2022:171 ). 2 That order contains a clerical error which it is appropriate for the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] to rectify of its own motion, in accordance with Article 154(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of Justice, which applies to the procedure on appeal under Article 190(1) of those rules. On those grounds, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA] of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] hereby orders: 1. In the introductory part of the order of 22 February 2022, [OSCURATO:SOCIETA] v [OSCURATO:PERSONA] (C‑649/21 P(I) , EU:C:2022:171 ), the term ‘[OSCURATO:PERSONA]-[OSCURATO:PERSONA]’ shall be inserted after the names of the parties. 2. The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified order. A note of this order shall be made in the margin of the original of the rectified order. Luxembourg, 23 March 2022.
