62024CO0826(02) [OSCURATO:PERSONA] [OSCURATO:PERSONA] 30 June 2025 ( *1 ) (Rectification order) [OSCURATO:PERSONA] C‑826/24 P-REC, APPEAL under Article 56 of the Statute of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of Justice of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA], brought on 3 December 2024, [OSCURATO:PERSONA], represented by F. Castillo de la Torre, A. Dawes, T. Franchoo and C. [OSCURATO:PERSONA], acting as Agents, appellant, the other parties to the proceedings being: Google LLC, established in [OSCURATO:PERSONA] ([OSCURATO:PERSONA]), [OSCURATO:PERSONA]., established in [OSCURATO:PERSONA], represented by D. Beard, Barrister-at-Law, J. Holmes, Barrister-at-Law, J. Williams, Barrister-at-Law, W. Ellison and C. Jeffs, advocaten, and J. Staples, Solicitor, applicants at first instance, [OSCURATO:PERSONA] BV, established in Zeist (Netherlands), Vinden.[OSCURATO:PERSONA], established in Rijssen (Netherlands), interveners at first instance, [OSCURATO:PERSONA], having regard to the proposal of O. Spineanu‑Matei, Judge-Rapporteur, after hearing the [OSCURATO:PERSONA], J. Kokott, makes the following [OSCURATO:PERSONA] 1 On 22 May 2025, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] made the order in [OSCURATO:PERSONA] v Google and [OSCURATO:PERSONA] ( C‑826/24 P , EU:C:2025:386 ). 2 That order contains an error which it is appropriate to rectify of its own motion, pursuant to Article 154(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of Justice, which applies to the procedure on appeal pursuant to Article 190(1) of those rules. On those grounds, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] hereby orders: 1. In paragraph 9 of the order of 22 May 2025, [OSCURATO:PERSONA] v Google and [OSCURATO:PERSONA] ( C‑826/24 P , EU:C:2025:386 ), the words ‘paragraph 6’ must be replaced by ‘paragraph 7’. 2. The original of the present order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified order. A note of the present order shall be made in the margin of the original rectified order.
