1 On 10 December 2020, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] ([OSCURATO:PERSONA]) delivered the judgment Minister for Justice and Equality ((Application for international protection in Ireland) ( C‑616/19 , EU:C:2020:1010 )). 2 That judgment contains errors in the introductory part which it is appropriate to rectify of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] own motion, pursuant to Article 103(1) of the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] of Procedure.

On those grounds, the [OSCURATO:PERSONA] ([OSCURATO:PERSONA]) hereby orders:

1. In the introductory part of the judgment of 10 January 2020, Minister for Justice and Equality ((Application for international protection in Ireland) ( C‑616/19 , EU:C:2020:1010 )), the references regarding the observations submitted must be rectified as follows: – ‘M.S., by C. 2. The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified judgment.
